update: on my sexy...

Midnight workout, 5 miles this morning. 3lbs lighter. Didn't hit my 5 mark..but considering it hasn't even been a full day. I'm good. I know all the dramatic weight will come off first. So my aim this week is about 10lbs.

Right before I got my divorce I had gained aloooot of wieght ,two years later I'm back to my old self again! Once you get the "I'm in a relationship fat off you you'll feel so much better and it takes the sting away from the brake up to....>T< just keep it up! Good luck.

@tauni: thanks! I was planning on doing this before, my weight really has been an exclusive to this relationship. Not because of it..but I felt like it's been to long since I just felt like myself. So I had planned to do this before, but I can't lie this does fuel me to want to do it more.
